Johnny Stewart's On-Stage
Tonight (the Contractor) and the Client agree to these terms as
set forth herein.
1. We (the Contractor)
require access to the show area at least 1 hour before, and after
the event for basic setups/take downs. More time is required for
large events. A clear path to setup area is required. Any steps,
obstacles, grassy or unpaved/non-concrete areas, or excessive
distance from vehicle to setup area may result in a setup charge.
2. The client is responsible
for providing safe grounded electrical power. A minimum of 20
amps is necessary. Any cancellation resulting in loss of power
is the responsibility of the client.
3. The contractor provides
very expensive state of the art electronic equipment. The client
is responsible for any damage or theft caused by any guests, beyond
the contractors reasonable control. The contractor reserves the right to stop the show
if, at it's sole discretion, persons or property is/are at risk.
The contractor may resume the show if the problem is corrected
within 15 minutes or may terminate the show completely at it's
sole discretion. No refund will be issued for terminations due
to forenamed problems not under the contractors sole control.
The client is responsible for protection from rain. Any cancellation
due to rain is non refundable. In the event of re-scheduling,
a discount can be negotiated based upon availability.
4. Payment shall be rendered
no later than 48 hours following receipt of the signed contract
by the contractor or contract shall be considered void, unless
other arrangements are made in advance. Overtime is usually available
in increments of 1 hour. If overtime is requested, payment must
be rendered prior to the start of any overtime. The show (and
the clock) will start at the agreed upon time.
5. In the case of cancellation
by the client, the deposit will be forfeited in cancellation occurs
prior to 72 hours of event. Cancellations made within 72 hours
of the show will be billed for the full amount of the reserved
engagement. Deposits are non-refundable.
6. In the very rare event
of primary and backup equipment breakdown a refund will be gladly
given prorated by hour of lost time.
7. By submitting your
